At least now, I'm better informed right? Anyway, I do agree with you: Small Banks rock. Their service and accommodation is very personal and warm. Unfortunately, lovely and cozy as they are, unlike Bigger and more established banks, they have more possibilities to collapse once the going gets tough. Cheers!
