I finally got my act together this week and participated in some Carnivals. My post Rate Cuts: What does it mean? was included in the Carnival of Personal Finance over at Greener Pastures. It also made the rounds on Stumble Upon, so that is always fun! I also participated in the Festival of Frugality over at Aridni with my post A frugal Halloween: Homemade Costumes.
