Instead, we were house hunting and looked at homes that were already foreclosed on and bank owned. They were torn to pieces - everything that was and wasn't nailed down was gone! I also find it funny when "bad" Realtors say nothing to these clients. THEN to top it off, the seller wonders why their home didn't sell.
