I talked to my bank about my truck loan once and they said I had 15 days to get my payment in after the due date to not get charged a fee. I did this here and there for about a year and a half and had no problems, as long as I got it in before the 15th day. This month I got my bill and they added $200 in late fees for previous months and feel that they've lied to me, what can I do? Please help, I think my credit is damaged. I keep all my bills and payments as proof too.
